About 钉钉
DingTalk is Alibaba Group's enterprise collaboration platform, and its Android app puts workplace chat, video meetings, approval workflows and attendance check-in on your phone. Launched in 2015, it is widely used by companies, schools and organisations in China.
Recent versions add AI features such as meeting transcription and summarisation and AI-driven spreadsheets, alongside company files, mail and project tasks. Most basic features are free, with paid services available for organisations. The interface is Simplified Chinese by default, with Traditional Chinese, English and other languages also supported. For employees and students whose organisation has standardised on DingTalk, the Android app is the main way to handle daily work on the go.

How to install
“Install unknown apps” is blocked
This is an Android security setting. Allow “Install unknown apps” only for the app you use to open the APK (such as your file manager), and turn it off again afterwards.
“There was a problem parsing the package”
The APK is usually incomplete, or your Android version is older than the app requires. Download it again and check the system requirements on this page.
It conflicts with an installed version
An APK signed differently cannot replace an app installed from an app store. Update it from the store, or back up and uninstall the old version first.
