Feishu, sold overseas as Lark, is ByteDance's collaboration platform, first rolled out across ByteDance itself and later opened to other organizations. The Windows client puts messaging, cloud documents, calendar, video meetings, cloud storage and the app workplace into a single window for everyday teamwork.

On the desktop, document collaboration shines: multiple people can co-edit docs that save automatically to the cloud, mention colleagues and leave comments, and use Base for project tracking. In meetings you can share a document directly so attendees browse at their own pace, and Minutes turns recordings into searchable transcripts. Small teams can start free, with paid plans adding admin and security capabilities.
