Greenshot
About Greenshot
Greenshot is a lightweight screenshot tool for Windows whose Windows edition is free and open source under the GPL. It quickly captures a selected region, a window or the full screen, then lets you annotate, highlight or obfuscate parts of the image in its built-in editor.
Screenshots can be saved to a file, sent to a printer, copied to the clipboard, attached to an e-mail, sent to Office programs or uploaded to photo sites and other destinations. Easy to understand and configurable, it is aimed at project managers, developers, technical writers, testers and anyone who takes screenshots regularly, and it is available in many languages including Simplified Chinese.

Antivirus blocks it
Open-source apps are often flagged because they aren’t commercially signed. Check the SHA256 first, then allow it in your antivirus.
Won’t start, or a DLL is missing
Usually a missing runtime. Install Microsoft’s Visual C++ Redistributable (x64) and the .NET Desktop Runtime, then try again.
