About Snipaste
Snipaste is a simple but powerful snipping tool whose signature feature is pinning: screenshots, clipboard text, HTML, color values or image files can be turned into always-on-top floating windows. Press F1 to snip and F3 to paste the capture onto the screen. Pinned images can be zoomed, rotated, flipped, made translucent or click-through.
Snipping includes automatic UI element detection, pixel-level control, a color picker, history playback and multi-monitor and HiDPI support, with annotation tools such as shapes, arrows, pens, markers, text, mosaic and Gaussian blur. On Windows it comes as 64-bit, 32-bit and ARM64 portable builds plus a Microsoft Store edition. It is always free for personal use, while business use of version 2.x requires a paid license.

How to install

Won’t start, or a DLL is missing
Usually a missing runtime. Install Microsoft’s Visual C++ Redistributable (x64) and the .NET Desktop Runtime, then try again.
Check the file
