About Mos

Mos is a free, open-source macOS menu bar utility by Caldis that makes a regular mouse wheel scroll as smoothly as a trackpad. It takes over scroll wheel events and interpolates them into smooth motion while keeping precise control per app, per direction and per button.

You can tune minimum step, speed gain and duration, emulate a trackpad, and set smoothing and reversal separately for vertical and horizontal scrolling. Hotkeys can trigger acceleration, direction switching or disable smoothing. Per-app profiles override global settings, and button bindings can map mouse, keyboard or custom events to system actions, shortcuts, apps, scripts or files. Logitech devices over Bolt, Unifying or Bluetooth are supported. Mos runs on macOS 10.13 and later.
