qBittorrent
About qBittorrent
qBittorrent is an open-source BitTorrent client built on Qt and the libtorrent-rasterbar library, originally aiming to be a free alternative to µTorrent. It offers nearly identical features on macOS, Windows and Linux, is translated into about 70 languages, and is developed by volunteers with no paid edition.
On the Mac it handles torrent files and magnet links with DHT and PEX, lets you queue and prioritize downloads, select individual files and download sequentially for previews. RSS feeds with regex filters automate downloads, a bandwidth scheduler limits speeds by time of day, and a built-in web UI lets you manage an always-on Mac remotely. Official DMG builds target macOS 13 and later.
