About Blender
Blender is a free and open-source 3D creation suite maintained by the Blender Foundation and a worldwide community. It supports the whole 3D pipeline in one application: modeling, sculpting, rigging, animation, simulation, rendering, compositing, motion tracking and video editing.
It ships with three render engines: Cycles, a path tracer that can use the CPU or GPU; EEVEE, a real-time physically based renderer; and Workbench for viewport display. Geometry Nodes enables procedural modeling, Grease Pencil brings 2D animation into 3D space, and a Python API allows scripting and add-ons. On Windows it is a popular entry point into 3D, with no license fees for personal or commercial work.

How to install

Antivirus blocks it
Open-source apps are often flagged because they aren’t commercially signed. Check the SHA256 first, then allow it in your antivirus.
Won’t start, or a DLL is missing
Usually a missing runtime. Install Microsoft’s Visual C++ Redistributable (x64) and the .NET Desktop Runtime, then try again.
Check the file
