About PeaZip
PeaZip is a free, open-source archiver created by Giorgio Tani in 2006 and licensed under the LGPL-3.0, free for any use. Combining 7-Zip, Zstandard, Brotli, PAQ and other open technologies, it creates 7Z, ZIP, TAR and ZST archives and opens RAR, ISO, CAB, ZIPX and many more formats.
On Windows it comes as 64-bit and 32-bit installers plus a portable edition, integrates with the Explorer context menu and supports drag and drop. It offers AES, Twofish and Serpent encryption with optional keyfiles, secure delete, hash checking, duplicate finding and archive conversion, and can export GUI tasks as command-line scripts. Everything is free and open source.
