v26.2.4·Developer

About DBeaver

DBeaver is a universal database tool and SQL client whose Community edition is free and open source under the Apache-2.0 license. Based on the Eclipse platform, it uses JDBC drivers to work with MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, SQLite, SQL Server and other relational databases from one app.

On macOS it comes as separate Apple silicon and Intel .dmg packages or via Homebrew with brew install --cask dbeaver-community, and bundles its own OpenJDK. Features include a SQL editor with completion, a data editor, import and export, DDL generation, ER diagrams and SSH tunnelling. It is a practical free choice for developers who manage several kinds of databases on a Mac.
